Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that processing times are estimated at 2–5 business days prior to shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume. Frozen Memory Magnets is not liable for delays in production.

Photo Submission Guidelines

By submitting an image, you agree to the following terms:

• You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the image or have obtained full permission from the rightful owner(s) for its use.
• You grant Frozen Memory Magnets a limited, non-exclusive license to use the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All submitted images must comply with our content standards. We strictly prohibit the use of images that include, but are not limited to:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violent, abusive, or harmful material
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content

Frozen Memory Magnets reserves the sole and absolute discretion to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order that violates these guidelines without liability.

Custom Product Disclaimer

All products are custom-made based on customer-provided images. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Final products may vary slightly in color, cropping, alignment, and clarity
• Image quality is dependent on the resolution and quality of the photo provided

Frozen Memory Magnets is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from poor-quality images submitted by the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

• The item is damaged upon arrival
• The item is defective
• The item received is incorrect

To request a resolution, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at frozenmemorymagnets@gmail.com and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Failure to provide notice within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product as-is.

Frozen Memory Magnets reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Frozen Memory Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

We are not liable for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
• Delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frozen Memory Magnets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
